Kate Skubecz is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law since 2003. She founded The Law Office of Katherine Skubecz in 2013 with the goal of being an advocate exclusively for employees. She represents clients at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in state and federal court throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in a variety of employment matters.

Prior to founding her own law firm, Kate developed strong litigation and negotiation skills representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of practice areas at firms in Boston and Philadelphia.

Kate holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2009 and in Pennsylvania in 2003.
